Themed events are fun to throw and are always memorable. Culinary Services' imaginative, playful/artistic buffet presentations will help bring your concept to life. We pride ourselves in combining fabrics, themed props, flowers, and even ice sculptures to create eye‐popping focal points for your party atmosphere.

• Fajita Fiesta
  Build your own fajita bar! with grilled chicken and/or tender steak sautéed with red and green peppers and red onions. Served with hard corn shells, warm soft flour tortillas, ground beef, grated cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced onions and tomatoes.
• Chicken Enchiladas
  Locally raised shredded grilled chicken wrapped in soft flour tortillas, baked in our housemade creamy enchilada sauce and topped with grated cheddar cheese.
• Taco Bar Deluxe
  Locally raised shredded pork with cilantro lime sauce and White Oak Pastures ground beef with soft flour tortillas, hard Corn shells, grated cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced onions and tomatoes.
